Imagine a weekend of learning, connecting with amazing colleagues, mixed in with fun fitness competitions.

You can expect to learn by doing. I will explain the WHY behind the WHAT, and my team leaders will help me coach you every step of the way. This is not a boring lecture based course. We will break it down, so you can use it when you walk out on Sunday afternoon.

Kettlebell technique for power, strength, and mobility exercise tool kit
Profiling and setting key performance indicators for potential clients
Building individualized programs to help clients reach their goals
Discussion of max effort, dynamic effort, and sustained effort training methodology
Kettlebell programming parameters for different goals
Learn plyometric progressions, and exactly how to use them with your clients
Running KPI's and sustainable return to run programming
KB strict press, deadlift, TGU, and swing compeititon
Broad jump, vertical jump, and 20 yd sprint competition
Conditioning protocols

Day 1 Schedule

 

9:00am - 10:00 am

  • Presentation #1 - Profiling and setting KPI's for your athletes.

10:20am - 12:30pm

  • Practical #1
    • Horizontal + vertical pressing and pulling KPI's
    • Single leg training for the athlete
    • Deadlift competition
    • Coaching the KB swing variations
    • Power speed drills for athletes
    • Jump vs plyometric practical

12:30pm - 1:30pm

  • Food Break

1:30pm - 2:30pm

  • KPI's to return to running
    Sustainable return to run programming

2:30pm - 3:00 pm

  • Group workout #1
  • Apply concepts from morning session to a group training session.

  • Presentation #1 - Programming foundations and how to build individualized programs for your clients goals.

  • Practical #1
    • Sprinting application and drills
    • Coaching the KB olympic lifts
    • TGU coaching and competition

    • Extensive plyometrics and absorption

ABOUT THE COACH

 

Hunter Crine M.S, CE-P, RKC is a seasoned strength coach with a decade of experience coaching and presenting.

He earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University and a Master's degree in Sports Science from Hofstra University.

Since entering the industry, Hunter has had the privilege to work with athletes from Division One, to general population clients and youth athletes.

He has developed the necessary skills to break down and communicate even the most complex training concepts for clients of all backgrounds and experience levels, from rehabilitative exercise to performance-based programming.

In addition to his training career, Hunter is the founder of Kettlebell Coach University, an online certification program where he coaches and mentors hundreds of coaches across the world.
