Day 1 Schedule

  • Developing systems and processes for decision making within your training framework. 

12:15am - 2:15pm
(Hands on learning) 

  • How to assess and gather data on new client starting point. 
  • Special rotational testing. 
  • Strength, power, mobility, speed, conditioning testing battery. 
  • Hands on training 

2:30pm - 4:00pm
(Hands on learning) 

  •  Med ball progression & regression for power development for the professional athlete and normal person. 
  • Plyometric & jump progression & regression for the professional athlete and normal person.
Day 2 Schedule

11:00am-12:00pm

  • Streamlining your programming process using yesterdays data to build a case. 

12:15am - 2:15pm
(Hands on learning) 

  • How to improve range of motion with loaded & unloaded mobility drills. 
  • The most practical way to develop power using kettlebells (instruction and technique breakdown).

2:30pm - 4:00pm
(Hands on learning) 

  • The most practical way to develop foundational strength (instruction & technique breakdown) that applies to athletic activities. 
  • Exercise selection, progression, and application to your training framework.

ABOUT THE COACH

 

Hunter Crine M.S, CE-P, RKC is a seasoned strength coach with a decade of experience coaching and presenting.

He earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University and a Master's degree in Sports Science from Hofstra University.

Since entering the industry, Hunter has had the privilege to work with athletes from Division One, to general population clients and youth athletes.

He has developed the necessary skills to break down and communicate even the most complex training concepts for clients of all backgrounds and experience levels, from rehabilitative exercise to performance-based programming.

In addition to his training career, Hunter is the founder of Kettlebell Coach University, an online certification program where he coaches and mentors hundreds of coaches across the world.
