WELCOME TO KETTLEBELL COACH UNIVERSITY

We are here to empower you to become a skilled and confident kettlebell coach with tools and resources to sharpen your skills and teaching methods.

ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS

Our workout programs are designed for those who want to know exactly what to do in their training sessions to get optimal results. They require minimal equipment, can be done anywhere, and are cost effective. 

You will receive four days of programming per week to be completed on your own. You also receive access to our team group chat, where you can share vide’s for form feedback, and enjoy community support. 

There are two skill levels, one for beginners, and another for those who consider themselves advanced. 

This is a perfect way to get a taste of what we’re all about at KBCU without the investment of our certification.

FROM AVERAGE TO SAVAGE (Beginner)

Whether you have played around with kettlebells in the past, or have wanted to, this program lays the foundation and will challenge you to perfect your skills.

It is the same program that I’ve trained hundreds of top coaches in the world with. Learn how to blend kettlebells, plyometric, and sprint training together to become the most well-rounded version of yourself.

KBCU Savage Athlete is for the intermediate to advanced athlete. We will use kettlebell lifts, plyometrics, and track drills to become the most athletic version of ourselves.
